EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)
Dear Service Providers
Please read the message below which gives guidance on how EOI process
will be handled. This will apply to SMS SERVICES only.
We are requesting the high level proposals from service providers
who have interest in participating on the project. Once interest
is expressed, a compulsory meeting will be held where interested
parties will be given detailed specifications and bid documents.
The phases of this project will be as follows:
1) Interested parties to express interest by submitting high level
proposals;
2) Compulsory session with all parties, detailed specifications
and bid documents will be made available;
3)Receipt of detailed proposals from bidders on a specified date;
4) Evaluation and adjudication.
Please note that technical enquiries must be forwarded to Mr Pius
Lebaka at (012) 9999 5308; cell email PiusL@rtmc.co.za; remember
the closing date of submitting proposals is 20 January 2012.
No EOI is to be sent by email, facsimile or any other electronic
means. All EOI's are to be submitted to the office of the Road Traffic
Management Corporation at Boardwalk Office Park, Phase 5, Boulevard,
Faerie Glen Pretoria East.
