·         Coordinate regular quality assured road safety audits

·         Development of accredited curriculum framework and conducting capacity development on road safety audit and assessment

·         Develop and implement the network safety performance measurement tool

·         Develop safety engineering guidelines and standards development

·         Develop standardised measures for speed calming on high risk routes

·         Numbering of all unnumbered rural roads
