SENIOR MANAGER: INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT AND ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE.
5 Years contract (Ref: RTMC/SM: IM & EA /2010)
SMS annual package: R 652 572.00 (All inclusive remuneration package per annum. The inclusive remuneration package consists of the basic salary, the government’s contribution to the GEPF and the flexible portion, which is structured according to the rules for the structuring of the flexible portion.)
This posts report to the Chief Information Officer.
Requirements: *A relevant National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology.*Minimum 6- 8 experience in an IT infrastructure management and Enterprise Architecture. *4-5 years Server administration hands on experience ( Ms exchange, MS Active Directory , Ms SQL , Iron port etc.). * Solid hands on technical experience. * 3-5 years IT security experience.* Enterprise IT exposure essential. * IT strategic planning / Business Architecture / solutions development / Project Management. * Able to manage and streamline processes.
Duties: *Manage and execute the development and implementation of IT infrastructure standards. *Manage and oversee compatibility and integration of multi vendor platforms. * Manage and execute the application and maintenance of all IT Hardware and software in the Corporation. * Liaise with all relevant user groups, vendors and role players on IT application and technical IT requirements. * Manage and maintain the IT master systems plan for the Corporation. * Manage service provider relationships including ensuring SLAs are met, billing, issue escalation vendor selection, negotiation, prioritization, and ongoing coordination. *Manage and optimize IT systems server administration. * Manage and render Help desk and IT Technical support services. * execute strategic, functional, resource management and demonstrate effective leadership of the Sub-unit. * Develop and maintain IT policies with willingness to train, manage, coach and mentor other team members over time.

MMS annual package: R 378 456.00 (All inclusive remuneration package per annum. The inclusive remuneration package consists of the basic salary, the government’s contribution to the GEPF and the flexible portion, which is structured according to the rules for the structuring of the flexible portion.)
Requirements: *A relevant National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent qualification and relevant experience. * Minimum 4 years experience in an IT solution environment. * Enterprise IT exposure essential. * IT strategic planning / Business Architecture/ solutions development / project management. * Able to manage and streamline processes.
Duties: Manage, oversee, render and report on a professional enterprise IT architecture service to the Corporation. * Develop and execute the implementation of appropriate IT policies. * Manage the development and implementation of enterprise IT Architecture for optimal integration. * Manage and mitigate IT risks. * manage and ensure optimal IT security to protect IT integrity, information. * Manage all new IT developments ensuring optimal IT integration, and compatibility and accessibility to reliable information. * Execute strategic, functional and resource management and demonstrate effective leadership. * Model and re-engineer the current and future business processes that support the business strategic direction. * Define the systems solution associated with the business solution, taking cognizance of best practice directives.
